SEVEN LEAVES BRAND EXPANSION
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Project Role: Lead Graphic Designer
Work: MyCali Designs
Client: Seven Leaves
Touchpoints: Brand Marketing Printed Pieces, Event Booth Displays, Merchandise Items and Product Photography
OBJECTIVE
Transform all existing brand elements and bring them together to create consistent brand presence across their online and print spaces.
RESULT
After obtaining a firm understanding for the companies current pain points, desired target audiences and future goals—a base branding standard was developed to ensure a consistent brand presence across all Seven Leaves media. This included the implementation of elements such as brand colors, typography, brand messaging, urban visual style and product focused imagery that could be used across all print and digital media with aims to establish the Seven Leaves brand as a recognized and reliable California cannabis company.
PRINTED COLLATERAL
Through the implementation of their new visual look, Seven Leaves needed a consistent presence amongst their printed work. The newly created brand style was used to develop a new set of printed materials that could be distributed for their marketing purposes. For example, in order to help provide shop owners and brand ambassadors obtain important information about Seven Leaves that could be relayed to the end consumer, a menu of their current products alongside an education deck that showcased the brands value and practices were created.
In addition, to assist Seven Leaves in their mission to expand the brand across the United States and over seas, other forms of print media were created that were tailored for audiences such as future stakeholders and leaders of companies with the cannabis space. The result was a variety of presentation decks and handouts that served as valuable tools for the Seven Leaves leadership team during their journey in obtaining new partnerships.
Lastly, the visual style was also adapted to develop a series of promotional materials to help market their brand to local and external audiences that ranged from business cards and company swag to printed booth designs and city billboard/street displays.
Here are some fun-illustrative pieces that were made in addition to their booth displays. These touch-points were created to boost customer engagement during events by serving as a gift when purchasing Seven Leaves products and/or with participating in booth activities. The result was a positive boost in social media interaction/followers and product sales during events.
